Sales Manager PV Benelux

Job Responsibilities

Phono Solar is already an established name in Europe as a producer of high quality solarpanels. You will be the first Sales Manager in Europe to give this name a face and realize revenue growth within the Benelux. You become the trusted partner of large-scale solar energy projects.

Job Responsibilities:
• Capture emerging market opportunities
• Acquisition of new customers (B2B) within the Benelux (Scandinavia in the long run)
• Establishing a project pipeline in the Benelux with specific project targets defined in MWp
• Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow according to established KPIs
• Support marketing activities and market communication
• Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets
• Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region

Qualification Criteria

• Degree in Business or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years field sales experience in PV industry. Thorough knowledge of PV local market industry dynamics and landscape is required.
• Recent and successful B2B sales experience in international PV/ Solar or related industry
• Experience in working for global companies and must have an international mindset
• Experience in distribution and project development
• Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
• Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
• Strong negotiation, communication , problem solving and organization skills
• Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis

Working Conditions

Salary range between €72000 en €96000 gross per year all-in, including holiday pay and pension. Excluding travel costs and performance bonus. One year contract with intention to a contract for a definite period. You are free to work where it is most comfortable for you.
